To place your order, please fill out the order list we have sent you, which will serve as your Purchase Order (PO). The PO should include:

Upon receiving the customer's PO, we will verify your order against our current stock availability. Shortly thereafter, we will send you a proforma invoice summarizing your order and indicating the total amount due.
Customer receives our proforma invoice. If you would like to change your order, now it's the time, notify us and get us another PO. If not, customer should proceed by making payment to us. Your payment should be bank Telegraph Transfer (TT) to the following account:
Once we receive your payment, we will proceed to arrange the flight schedule with our forwarding agents. Simultaneously, we will apply for the Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Health from the Fisheries Department of Malaysia. Fish quarantine will be conducted as scheduled.
24 hours prior to arriving at your destination airport, all necessary documents from the bureau will be ready and sent to you via email for your customs clearance, these documents will include:
